TO MAKE ARBORIO RICE
In a Pot or a Saucepan, sauté some Onion and Mushrooms.
Next pour in the rice and simmer it along with ½ glass of White Wine/water/1 cup of Stock and leave to cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
Finally, once the liquid in the pan has evaporated add in 2 tablespoons of olive oil or butter and 2 tablespoons of Parmigiano cheese and mix well.
