Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce fully captures the essence of shiitake mushrooms. It is excellent for braising and enriching any vegetarian dish and can also be used as a dip. It is also great for stir-frying pasta and bean curd dishes.
Following the creation of oyster sauce in the late 19th century, its creator Mr. Lee Kum Sheung founded the company, Lee Kum Kee.
