When you choose the Economy delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or Next-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
We recommend choosing Fast or Next-Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you.

Unique technology, unique products
All our spices undergo Steam Sterilization which 95% of other spices available in the market don’t offer. They use cheaper and dangerous chemicals to sterilise their products. So how does it affect your health adversely?
Most manufacturers use traditional methods like Irradiation (literally, shooting Radioactive particles at the crop) and Fumigation (exposing the product to harmful, carcinogenic gas). Irradiation and Fumigation are common because they are inexpensive to employ, and your spices probably went one of these routes.
We use a more expensive way to sterilize our spices: Steam. Steam Sterilisation technology, though complicated, offers none of the carcinogenic drawbacks of Irradiation and Fumigation. Since the law does not require the manufacturer to disclose how they sterilised their spices, you never know about it. Not the case with us.
Irradiation has enough of a negative connotation so that it is almost never labeled when used in food products, and generally does not require disclosure. Ethylene Oxide treatment also does not have to be disclosed on treated products. However, one by-product of its application is the formation of Ethyl Chlorohydrin, a Carcinogen, which is formed in high levels in some spices as they are treated (FDA has banned its use on Basil, since the reside of the carcinogenic compound approaches 1000 parts per million or 1 part per thousand.)
We use specialized equipment to Steam sterilize our spices before the grinding process. This helps them retain a far higher percentage of volatile oils-the source of flavour, aroma and health promoting substances such as Antioxidants, Flavonoids and Polyphenols. Steam Sterilization removes all kinds of micro-bacterial growth and helps retain natural qualities of spices without ever having to use any harmful chemicals.
COLD GRINDING – IN OTHER WORDS, YOU ARE NOT EATING SAWDUST
We use special equipment to lower the temperature of our spices during the grinding process – Cryogenic Grinding - which leads to less loss of volatile content, improved flavour, reduced heat generation, improved colour, fine powder and texture which eventually ends up giving your favourite dishes a smooth texture, consistent colour and super taste.
Most other spices are ground in mixers that heat up to 95° C resulting in loss of volatile essential oils (the nutritional source) in the tune of about 30% and produces dark colour powder, leaving it no better than sawdust when it comes to the their nutritional value. Since the heat leads to melting of fat/oil in spices, they tend to stick to the grinder which prevents from forming fine powder, which again is not confirming to the international standards laid out for spices. If you have tasted spices ground on the Grinding stone (Pestle & Mortar) by your grandma, then you know the taste of our cold-ground spices.
GROWN IN SELF-OWNED FARMS
Yet another reason why our spices are so fresh, potent and flavourful is because we grow them ourselves in our farms across the regions that are naturally best suited for their plantation. Our farming methods comply to some of the world's strictest farming practices laid down by Organic Certification bodies. Zero chemicals used. We can trace back each batch to the farm it was grown in – No sourcing from third parties, so we have a better control on what actually goes into the packets. Also, when you grow your own produce a lot of care goes into the plants, which somehow is very fulfilling and satisfying especially when you are presenting it to others to consume. Stay assured you have the best quality available to you and consume with confidence.
