Monthly Club Members Policy
By Signing up for the "Monthly Club" Membership ( Herein referred to as "MC"), you accept that you are bound by the terms and conditions laid out by Just Good Food Co ( Hereinafter referred to as "JGFC") and www.justgoodfood.shop ( Herein referred to as the "website"), as listed below.
1. Voluntary registration
When you sign up for the membership under MC, you are doing so under free-will and voluntarily. This membership is valid for lifetime, unless revoked by the member in writing to us or abandoning the use of the membership ID provided to the member at the time fo registration.
2. The membership is not transferable
At no point can you transfer the membership to another individual as it is non-transferable, non-negotiable membership. If you do so, you will be doing it at your own risk and JGFC or the website will not be responsible for any liabilities or data theft arising out of such a transfer. The special promotions or gifts rolled out for the members of the MC will also not be transferable unless explicitly mentioned in the promotion by JGFC or the website.
3. Privacy policy
You will be governed by the privacy policy, returns and shipping polices mentioned under respective heads on the website as any non-member.
4. Special requests
The prices offered on the website for members only is a special price which can be availed only through the monthly club shopping page. At no point will any member be grated discount or discounted price as listed on the MC page when an MC member opts to purchase from the other pages on the site and requests for the discounted price. All such requests will be denied upfront and no communication on this matter will be entertained or answered.
5.Opting out of membership plan
Should any member at any time choose to opt out of the membership, the member can simply stop using the MC membership or write to us at info@justgoodfood.shop and we will remove the member from the membership subscription list.
6. Change in prices
The prices on the MC page may be changed at any time without any prior intimation to the member. The members will be governed by the new price as updated on the MC page of the website.
7. Other promotions
Other promotions playing out of the website for the non-members may not necessarily apply to the members of the MC. Any request for availing such benefits of the promotion as a member for additional discounts/offers will not be valid.
